Infinite Energy Construction (IEC), the SBA approved mentor and partner in this joint venture, is currently performing as the Prime Contractor for the single-award IDIQ SABER contract.​

Matai Services, as the SBA approved 8a/HUB Zone and majority partner in this joint venture, has worked in partnership with IEC at JBC on more than 30 projects.  Matai has performed as IEC's self-performing mechanism since early 2019.
